Chief Executive Officer
Ryan leads Sage’s strategy, finance, asset management and investor relationships. A multifamily investor since 2017, he previously led corporate development at Samsung, Amazon (including the Whole Foods acquisition and Rivian investment) and Redfin, where he co-founded Redfin Now. He joined Sage as CEO in 2023 and is the second-largest individual investor in Sage’s funds.

Ross co-founded Sage in 2020 after a decade of real estate investing and pioneered its hotel conversion strategy. He oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, underwriting, construction management and legal. Together, Ross and Emily Hubbard are the largest investors in Sage’s funds.

Chris leads construction management, renovation oversight and project delivery across the portfolio, turning hotel rooms into apartments with full kitchens.
Head of Asset Management
Dina manages property operations, oversees property managers and drives value across Sage’s lease-up and stabilized properties, from the first resident through refinance and sale.
Head of Acquisitions
Phil leads deal sourcing, market analysis and due diligence, managing a national team of seven acquisition specialists who find hotels off-market before they reach the broader market.
